By accessing or using PlacementPilot AI ("Service"), operated by Mindweave Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

PlacementPilot AI is an AI-powered placement preparation platform that provides:

• Candidate readiness assessment and scoring
• Mock interview sessions and AI-powered feedback
• Resume analysis and ATS scoring
• Batch management and placement reporting for institutions
• Video interview recording and assessment

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Types

• Candidate: Students preparing for placements
• Trainer: Placement trainers and mentors
• Admin: Institution placement officers

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and content, is owned by Mindweave Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, profiles, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate assessments, scores, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are suggestions and should not be solely relied upon
• AI assessments may not be 100% accurate
• Final placement decisions remain with hiring companies
• We continuously improve our AI but do not guarantee specific outcomes

7. Video Interview Terms

When using video interview features, you agree that:

• Sessions may be recorded for review and assessment
• Recordings are stored securely and retained per our data retention policy
• You will not record sessions externally without all participants' consent
• You are responsible for your conduct during sessions

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Pricing

Service pricing is available on our website. Institutional subscriptions are based on candidate volume and features selected.

8.2 Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the agreed subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8.3 Refunds

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindweave Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindweave Technologies, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
